History 

The IICOC began as a project with the Minneapolis South Rotary Club in 2004 as part of its International project. Founding the IICOC is K. Larry Knudsen of the Ho-Chunk, Omaha, and Ponca Nations, whose vision to help Indigenous people become self-sufficient and independent as Entrepreneurs in the marketplace.

Founded in 2005, the Indigenous Internet Chamber of Commerce.  As an organization that believes connecting your business is the foundation of our success, the Chamber is committed to seeking out and providing the services and programs necessary to keep your business on the cutting edge of every issue.
